Security Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our security team. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring a safe environment, and acting as the main point of contact for all security-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule a team of security officers.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and compliance.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Train new security personnel and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain daily logs and prepare reports on incidents and activities.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Ensure that all security policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a security officer or supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
