Job Description

Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Mahadevpura, Bangalore
Job Description:
We are hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations at our Mahadevpura location and ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of security guards.
Assign daily duties, monitor performance, and maintain discipline.
Conduct site patrols and ensure adherence to security protocols.
Handle incidents, emergencies, and escalate to management when required.
Prepare daily reports and maintain attendance/shift rosters.
Coordinate with client/management on security-related concerns.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security (with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency handling.
Physically fit and alert.
Prior experience in corporate/industrial security preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,275.17 - ₹32,403.13 per month
