Prepare and manage duty rosters for security guards across multiple sites.
Ensure adequate manpower coverage for all posts, including contingency planning for absences.
Ensure all security posts are operational and equipped with necessary tools (logbooks, communication devices, SOPs).
Conduct regular inspections of guard posts to verify adherence to post orders and safety standards.
Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for guard duties, station operations, and emergency response.
Ensure SOPs comply with company policies and Indian security regulations.
Act as the first responder and coordinator during emergencies (fire, medical, security breaches).
Lead evacuation drills and ensure guards are trained in emergency protocols.
Conduct on-site briefings and refresher training for guards on duties, SOPs, and emergency response.
Liaise with security vendors to ensure compliance with labor laws, PSARA, and local regulations.
