Security Sales Officer

As a Security Sales Executive, your role will involve identifying, meeting, and onboarding new clients for security guard services in the assigned districts. You will be responsible for conducting field visits, generating leads, and converting inquiries into business deals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and service offerings to potential clients will be crucial. You will need to work closely with the operations team for guard deployment and service coordination, as well as achieving monthly sales targets to contribute to overall business growth. Continuous exploration of market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities will also be part of your role. It is mandatory to submit daily sales reports and update CRM/management on field activities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Sales / Field Sales. - Possession of a bike and valid driving license for field travel. - Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Familiarity with the local area/district will be an added advantage.
