Role Overview: As a Security Incident Response Analyst at our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing security incidents to ensure efficient containment, eradication, and recovery. Your responsibilities will involve incident assessment and response to security alerts and incidents, contributing to enhancing the overall security posture of the organization through documenting and reporting your findings. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact during security incidents, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders - Prepare detailed incident reports and collaborate with SOC analysts, IT teams, and third-party vendors - Engage in post-incident reviews, develop detections, playbooks, and SOPs for continuous improvement efforts - Identify security control gaps, suggest enhancements, and conduct training sessions for SOC team members and stakeholders - Monitor threat intelligence feeds to spot emerging threats and vulnerabilities - Proactively search for indicators of compromise (IOCs) to strengthen the organization's security posture Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in cybersecurity and threat intelligence - Demonstrated expertise in a security operations role with a focus on incident response and threat intelligence - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously,
