Job Description: Security Officer (Ex-Army Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor overall security operations within the company premises.
• Manage security guards and ensure proper deployment across shifts.
• Conduct routine inspections of gates, CCTV operations, patrolling, and access control systems.
• Handle emergency situations and incident management as required.
• Maintain visitor logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin for manpower planning and security arrangements.
• Assist in fire safety drills and emergency preparedness.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Ex-Army / Ex-Defense personnel mandatory.
• 5–15 years of experience in industrial or corporate security.
• Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and fire safety procedures.
• Physically fit and disciplined.
