Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Coordinate and manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing leadership and direction to ensure swift and effective resolution.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other relevant organizations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on security operations, incidents, and improvements.
