Security Guards - Male

As a Security Guard, your role involves monitoring and controlling access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises. You will be responsible for conducting routine patrols to detect suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches. In case of alarms, emergencies, or incidents, your prompt response and reporting to the appropriate authorities are crucial. Enforcing company security policies, rules, and regulations among employees and visitors will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining order during events, ensuring crowd control and safety. Operating and monitoring surveillance equipment, security cameras, and alarms will be necessary tasks. Keeping logs and records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor entries is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and control access points - Conduct routine patrols - Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents - Enforce company security policies - Assist in maintaining order during events - Operate and monitor surveillance equipment - Maintain logs and records of daily activities Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 10th standard education preferred - Prior experience in security (preferred but not mandatory) - Physically fit and able to stand for long hours - Good observational and communication skills - Ability to handle emergency situations and work under pressure - Basic knowledge of first aid and fire safety is an advantage Location: - Trivandrum, Kerala Please note that the job types for this position are full-time and permanent.
