Job Description

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 8th or 10th pass Prior experience as a security guard preferred (0–3 years) Physically fit and mentally alert Basic knowledge of security operations and safety procedures Ability to read and write in Odia or Hindi (English preferred but not mandatory) Should be honest, punctual, and responsible Age between 21 to 50 years. Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (Day) – 10-hour shifts as per requirement. Other Benefits: Uniform provided Weekly off PF/ESI (if applicable through agency) Accommodation (if provided) Key Responsibilities : Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the premises. Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property. Prevent unauthorized access and ensure compliance with company security policies. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances. Document and report security incidents, accidents, or violations of policies. Assist in controlling access points and ensure all guests are properly vetted. Maintain and operate security equipment such as alarm systems, security cameras, and radios. Provide clear and accurate reports of incidents and observations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,060.01 - ₹13,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
