Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 8th or 10th pass Prior experience as a security guard preferred (0–3 years) Physically fit and mentally alert Basic knowledge of security operations and safety procedures Ability to read and write in Odia or Hindi (English preferred but not mandatory) Should be honest, punctual, and responsible Age between 21 to 50 years. Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (Day) – 10-hour shifts as per requirement.
