Ensures the safety of the organization s premises, staff, visitors, and property through monitoring, patrolling, and enforcing security protocols.
Monitor and control entry and exit points of the premises.
Ensure safety and security of staff, visitors, and property.
Conduct regular patrolling of assigned areas.
Maintain visitor records and check ID cards.
Manage parking area and guide vehicles properly.
Handle emergency situations and report incidents immediately.
Assist in crowd management during NGO programs and events.
Follow all security protocols of the organization.
Alert and responsible work approach.
Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability.
Teamwork and effective communication skills.
Discipline and adherence to security protocols.
10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
Prior experience in security or guard duties is desirable.
0-3 years of experience in security or guard duties preferred.
Duty: 12-hour shift.
Age Limit: 25 to 45 years.
