Supervise and manage all security guards during assigned shifts. Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper deployment of guards at all posts. Monitor guard attendance, punctuality, and discipline. Conduct regular inspections of guard posts, gates, parking areas, and other critical points. Ensure compliance with company security policies, safety standards, and reporting procedures. Respond quickly to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities and take necessary action. Train new guards on security protocols, emergency handling, and customer interaction. Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and shift handover notes. Coordinate with administration/management regarding security requirements and improvements. Ensure proper functioning of security equipment like CCTV, alarms, and access control systems. Handle grievances or misconduct issues of guards and escalate when necessary. Ensure visitor management and vehicle entry/exit procedures are followed.
