The role involves visiting different locations to recruit security guards and other ground-level staff. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and willing to travel extensively for recruitment drives. Key Responsibilities: Visit field locations, villages, or job fairs to source candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews and document verification. Coordinate with operations and HR teams for manpower requirements. Maintain a database of interested and hired candidates. Build relationships with local community leaders and agents. Ensure recruitment targets are met as per deadlines. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. Prior experience in field recruitment is preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of using a smartphone. Willingness to travel extensively.
