Job Overview We are looking for responsible and vigilant Security Guards to join our team at Falta. The ideal candidate will maintain security protocols, safeguard property, and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Key Responsibilities Monitor entry and exit points for personnel and vehicles. Regular patrolling of premises to ensure security and prevent incidents. Maintain records, logs, and basic documentation as required. Respond quickly to emergencies, alarms, and unusual situations. Ensure adherence to site-specific security procedures. Report daily activities and any suspicious behavior to supervisors. Eligibility Criteria Minimum height: 5 ft 7 inches Age: 18 years and above Physically fit and mentally alert Basic computer knowledge preferred (salary varies accordingly) Ability to work in 8-hour rotational shifts Good communication and discipline Valid ID proof required during selection Compensation & Schedule Salary: ₹10,600 (with basic computer skills) / ₹10,100 (without computer skills) Working Hours: 8 hours per shift Duty Schedule: 26 working days per month with 4 days off Additional benefits as per company policy Why Join Us?
