Role Overview:
We are looking for disciplined and dedicated ex-servicemen from the Armed Forces to join our security team. Your training, vigilance, and commitment to duty will help us maintain the highest standards of safety and security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard company premises, assets, and personnel.
• Monitor and control entry/exit points with strict discipline.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify risks.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and security records.
• Provide a strong presence that deters potential threats.

Requirements:

• Ex-Army/Defence personnel with proven service record.
• Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and responsibility.
• Physically fit and alert.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Age limit: Up to 55 years (relaxable for deserving candidates).

For Civilians

Role Overview:
We are hiring vigilant, responsible, and proactive individuals to work as security guards. You will be responsible for maintaining safety, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring a secure environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to premises and verify visitors/vehicles.
• Conduct security checks and maintain presence at duty posts.
• Report incidents, suspicious activity, or safety hazards.
• Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Support daily security operations as per company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass (Higher qualification preferred).
• Prior security experience preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
• Good physical fitness, alertness, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle responsibilities responsibly.
• Age limit: 21 to 45 years.
