Position: Security Guard

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol Premises: Conduct regular and random patrols of the property to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Monitor Surveillance Systems: Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms, to identify and respond to potential security breaches.
• Access Control: Control and monitor entrances and exits, permitting or denying entry based on established protocols.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance and reporting findings to appropriate authorities.
• Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Emergency Assistance: Provide first aid and emergency response as needed, following company procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents.

Working Conditions

• Shifts: 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods; may require lifting or carrying equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
