Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role located in Panipat. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling premises, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring the safety of individuals and property. Duties may include conducting security checks, responding to emergencies, assisting individuals in need, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security skills to ensure the safety and protection of property and individuals.
• Have excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and members of the public.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring a professional and approachable demeanor when addressing client inquiries or concerns.
• Ability to remain alert, vigilant, and calm in high-pressure situations, coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous security or related experience is preferred but not essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures is an advantage.
