Chemosyn Ltd., a reputed chemical manufacturing company in Vapi, is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure compliance with security policies.
Prevent and respond to theft, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity.
Maintain daily activity logs and report incidents promptly to the concerned authorities.
Assist in emergency situations including fire drills, medical emergencies, or evacuations.
Operate and monitor surveillance systems and other security equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (preferred).
Prior experience as a Security Guard is an advantage.
Physically fit and alert.
Good communication and observation skills.
Ability to work in shifts (day/night).
Local candidates from Vapi or nearby areas preferred.

Working Hours:

8 to 12-hour shifts (rotational, if required)
6 days a week

Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 per month (CTC)
Uniform and duty gear provided
PF/ESIC as per company policy (if applicable)
