Location: Mubarakpur, near Dera Bassi, Punjab

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Work Hours: 12-hour shift (Day/Night shift as required)

Job Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our premises, assets, and personnel in Mubarakpur, Dera Bassi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patrolling, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents during a 12-hour shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guard and patrol the premises regularly to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, or any illegal activity.
• Monitor and control access at entry and exit gates for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing personnel and materials (Gate Pass/Visitor Log).
• Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and other security surveillance systems.
• Respond immediately to alarms and emergency situations, following established protocols.
• Enforce all company security policies and procedures.
• Report any unusual or suspicious occurrences, incidents, or security breaches in detail to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Security Guard is preferred.
• Must be physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods during the 12-hour shift.
• Strong sense of responsibility, alertness, and integrity.
• Basic literacy and the ability to write reports are essential.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
• Must possess be willing to undergo a background check.
