Job Purpose:

To ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, patients/visitors (if hospital), property, and maintain a safe environment by preventing unauthorized access, theft, and disturbances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles.
• Check ID cards, visitor passes, and maintain gate registers.
• Conduct routine patrols of the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity.
• Operate CCTV cameras and security alarm systems.
• Report and respond to emergencies, accidents, or unusual activities immediately.
• Assist in fire safety drills and evacuation procedures.
• Ensure safety of hospital/office property and equipment.
• Maintain discipline and order in the premises.
• Support management in crowd control during peak hours or special events.
• Prepare daily security log and incident reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (as per organization policy).
• Prior experience in security services preferred.
• Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
• Basic knowledge of fire safety and first aid is desirable.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle emergencies.
• Should be willing to work in shifts (day/night).
