Security Engineer - Structured Data Protection

As an IT Services Organization, your role will entail the following responsibilities: - Implement and manage IT security controls across applications and systems. - Oversee operational management and ownership of IT security areas. - Contribute to the development and refinement of security policies. - Provide technical expertise to support project objectives. - Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, test, and deploy secure software solutions. - Troubleshoot and debug security-related issues. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and relevant technical communities. To excel in this role, you should possess the following key skills: - Kubernetes - Azure DevOps - Cyber Security - Data Protection - Secure Software Development - Agile - Encryption - IT Security Controls - Debugging - Policy Development In order to be considered for this position, you should have: - 6-12 years of experience in implementing and managing technical security controls. - Hands-on experience in managing Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps. - In-depth exposure to structured data protection, encryption mechanisms, and secure application development. - Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related vulnerabilities and issues. - Familiarity with Agile project environments and cross-functional team collaboration. - Exposure to cyber security practices and secure systems architecture is a plus.
