Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement security measures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will engage in proactive monitoring of systems to identify vulnerabilities and respond to potential threats, all while maintaining a focus on safeguarding information and business processes against cyber threats. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance overall security posture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development, Security Governance.- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.- Experience with risk assessment and management methodologies.- Familiarity with incident response and threat detection tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
