Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, utilizing our global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into all aspects of the projects you manage. Your role will also require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the security posture of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in security practices.- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Data Encryption.- Strong understanding of security protocols and frameworks.- Experience with risk assessment and management.- Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.- Ability to analyze and mitigate security threats effectively.
