Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead and manage delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, with a strong focus on Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and related security domains. The role requires a mix of technical expertise, people leadership, governance, and client management to ensure successful delivery of enterprise security services, compliance, and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of AD/Entra ID services across multiple client environments.Manage SLAs, KPIs, and compliance metrics for directory and identity services.Provide governance and oversight for AD migrations, upgrades, and hybrid identity projects.Ensure seamless service operations, escalations management, and problem resolution.Act as the primary point of contact for clients on AD/Entra ID service delivery.Build strong client relationships, ensuring alignment of security services with business objectives.Present delivery status, risks, and improvement plans to client stakeholders and senior leadership.Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AD/Entra ID engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.Allocate resources effectively across projects and support engagements.Upskill team members through training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing sessions.Provide high-level architectural guidance and best practices for AD and Azure AD deployments.Oversee implementation of Conditional Access, PIM, Identity Protection, MFA, and Zero Trust controls.Govern GPO strategy, AD health, disaster recovery, and DNS integration.Drive automation and standardization using PowerShell, Graph API, and identity lifecycle tools.Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (GDPR, SOX, ISO27001, etc.).Manage audit requirements, vulnerability remediation, and incident response for identity services.Collaborate with Security & Risk teams to enhance IAM security posture and align with Zero Trust strategy.Professional & Technical
Skills:
12+ years of experience in IAM, with strong expertise in Active Directory & Azure AD/Entra ID.At least 3+ years in a managerial/delivery leadership role handling teams and client stakeholders.Proven track record of leading large-scale AD migration/upgrade projects.Experience in automation (PowerShell/Graph API), compliance, and security governance.Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Additional Information:Microsoft Certified:Identity and Access Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.Exposure to ADFS, Okta, Ping Identity, or other federation platforms.Experience with ITIL, Agile delivery, and Service Management practices.Previous consulting or client-facing role in a global delivery environment.Hybrid with flexibility based on client/project needs.May require occasional on-call or after-hours support for critical escalations.A 15-year full-time education is required.
