Job Description

ole- Security TSR (Technical Support Representative)

Required Technical Skill Set- Security (IAM, Network Security, VPC / IAP), L1-L2 Cloud Ops

Desired Experience Range- 3 to 7 years

Location of Requirement- Chennai, Gandhinagar, Bangalore

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Security)

Must have user provisioning/deprovisioning, access control, identity governance through audits and reviews, and managing authentication mechanisms like single sign-on (SSO)
Should have experience in Threat identification and detection, including vulnerability assessment and penetration tests
Should have exposure to incident and risk management with knowledge on implementing security policies and incident response protocols
Should have experience in performing authentication and authorization at the application level
Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security
Exposure in configuring and managing network devices and services
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related
Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders
Setting up and tearing down cloud resources (servers, storage, networks) as needed
Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment
Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must
