AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY ยง To be alert at all times and guard any area entrusted to their care ยง To inspect/ frisk all employees and check their belongings while entering or leaving the Hotel premises ยง To ensure that employees swipe/ punch their time cards while entering and leaving the hotel premises ยง To report any deviations to the supervisor immediately ยง To follow the key issue procedure while issuing keys to employees, and record the same as prescribed ยง To ensure that no visitor is permitted entry through the employee entrance without proper checking and a visitors pass ยง To ensure that no tangible item leaves the Hotel premises without a valid gate pass ยง To check all material entering the hotel through the receiving entrance and ensure proper check and record is maintained ยง To patrol the property as and when assigned to do so, by covering all areas with a vigilant eye. ยง To assist guests when entering or leaving the hotel ยง To handle guest queries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner ยง In case of a fire emergency, to follow the prescribed procedure in ensuring the safety of all guests, guest belongings and all Hotel employees ยง Similarly to follow prescribed procedures in handling other emergencies ยง To carry out any duties assigned by the Security Supervisor/ Security Officer ยง To adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards ยง To consciously and continuously strive to better his/her skills and increase his/her knowledge Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations ยง Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service and experience ยง Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems ยง Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis ยง Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction ยง Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality Adheres to hotel policies and procedures: ยง Attends work on time as scheduled ยง Follows hotel grooming and hygiene standards ยง Minimises safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures ยง Keeps immediate manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance ยง Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position ยง Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote co-operative and harmonious working climate ยง At all time projects a favourable image of Brand to the public INDHEADOFFICE
