Project Role : Security Advisor Project Role Description : Provide enterprise-level advice to make organizations cyber resilient. Assist in navigating the complex landscape of cyber threats, ensuring robust digital asset protection while maintaining trust with stakeholders. Must have skills : One Identity Manager Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary 1. Solution Design and ImplementationDesign and deploy IAM solutions using the One Identity Manager platform.Customize workflows, rules, and policies to meet business requirements.Integrate One Identity Manager with enterprise applications and systems.2. Administration and MaintenancePerform regular administration and maintenance of the One Identity Manager environment.Monitor system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues. Roles & Responsibilities1. Identity Governance and AdministrationImplement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), user provisioning, and de-provisioning processes.Manage access certifications and recertification campaigns.2. Security and ComplianceEnsure IAM solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.Assist in audits, including generating reports and responding to queries related to access control.3. Collaboration and SupportWork closely with IT, HR, and business teams to understand access needs and provide solutions.Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on IAM functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills:1-Minimum 3+ years experience in One Identity Manager solution including installation and configuration Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.2-Experience in developing and deploying enterprise tools (e.g., M365, ServiceNow, Azure) would be advantageous. Additional Information:- The candidate should have experience in relevant skills-15 year full time education is required.- Bachelor's degree and related certifications with good Communication skills Qualifications 15 years full time education
