Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Independent handling of application engineering of various valves of Screw compressors.
Liaison with different departments such as Purchase, Production, Sales for successful completion of various projects.
Lead various initiatives for product development & testing of A&I products
Lead cross-functional teams for A&I project completion
Understand customer requirements and provide timely support
Troubleshooting of customer complaints in an efficient way
Ontime & Error-free completion of application engineering of A&I products
Timely support for service department for field measurements and field troubleshooting
Explore application of existing products to new applications

Preferred candidate profile:

15 to 18 years of working experience in Screw compressors engineering, design & development
Hands on experience of testing and performance validation of screw compressors.
In depth knowledge of design of Screw compressor parts such as Suction Control valves, Discharge Line, Control valves, Air & Oil Line Valves
Knowledge of finite element analysis for Structural FEA, CFD of software like ANSYS.
Basis knowledge of ERP system /SAP/Vault
Hands on experience on solid modeling software Autodesk Inventor, Vault
