Section management
Spare parts planning procurement; Budget preparation control
Preventive maintenance planning execution;
Troubleshooting in JTEKT grinding machines, NTC/Howa/Enshu machining centers, Marposs Measuring systems ,Giken make Gantry transfer systems.
Maintenance of m/cs and equipments in machine shop consisting of various m/cs like facing and centering, milling, turning, drilling, deep drilling, boring, hyd presses, grinding m/cs, chamfering, machining centers (vertical horizontal), lapping, leak testing m/cs, press fitting m/cs etc
He should be both technically theortically proficient
B/d analysis and countermeasures
Carry out maintenance basics like MTBF, MTTR , why-why analysis etc
Should have good communication presentation skills .
