Section Head for ETM

Role Overview: As a Sourcing Lead for the power train section, your role will involve leading sourcing activities, identifying new suppliers, and developing new parts. You will be responsible for managing the price finalization of power train components, ensuring vendor process and quality stabilization, and approving parts for mass production. Additionally, you will need to ensure supplier capacity aligns with production requirements and coordinate cross-functionally for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of up to 7 members - Prepare MIS reports for management reporting - Monitor and lead cost reduction activities with cross-functional coordination - Manage purchase order and localization activities - Train and motivate team members Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sourcing and supplier management - Strong understanding of power train components and production processes - Excellent coordination and communication skills - Ability to manage a team and drive results - Proficiency in MIS reporting and cost reduction strategies Note: In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be involved in other activities related to the company's operations.,
