Key Responsibilities

Safeguarding and Well-being

• Promote and uphold the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to OIS safeguarding policies and procedures to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive culture in all physical and health education activities.

Induction and Onboarding

• Participate in a structured induction programme to integrate effectively into OIS.
• Familiarize with school policies, curriculum standards, and operational practices.

Professional Development

• Engage in ongoing professional development aligned with the school's strategic goals.
• Attend workshops, training, and seminars to enhance teaching methods and physical education knowledge.

Teaching and Learning Support

• Plan and deliver comprehensive Physical & Health Education lessons.
• Encourage student participation, teamwork, and development of healthy lifestyles.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support improvement.

Support Systems

• Utilize personal and professional support provided by OIS.
• Collaborate with coordinators and peers to optimize student learning and engagement.

Continuous Improvement
