Tesla Academy is looking for dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate teachers to join our growing academic team. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching school students and contributing to both regular curriculum teaching and foundation-level learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach students as per the academy’s curriculum and academic standards

• Deliver clear conceptual teaching with focus on fundamentals and application

• Handle foundation courses, strengthening students’ basic concepts and thinking skills

• Plan lessons, worksheets, and revision strategies effectively

• Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions

• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide feedback to parents when required

• Coordinate with the academic team for syllabus planning and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in the applied subject

• Sound foundation knowledge (basics and core concepts)

• Ability to explain concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner

• Good communication skills (especially for language teachers)

• Prior teaching experience is preferred (freshers with strong subject command may also apply)
