Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons to secondary students, ensuring effective communication of subject matter.
Develop and implement curriculum plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet school standards.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and improve overall academic performance.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.Ed) with 0-5 years of experience as an English teacher at the secondary level.
Strong knowledge of grammar rules, vocabulary building techniques, spoken English language skills.
Excellent written communication skills for creating clear lesson plans and reports; good verbal communication skills for classroom instruction.
