1. Lesson Planning & Delivery

Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines, using both interactive and traditional teaching methods.

Integrate digital tools (e.g., smartboards, clickers) to enhance student engagementaligned with the school’s “smart classroom” strategy.

2. Student Development

Nurture foundational English literacy through stories, poems, games, and structured activities.

Differentiate instruction based on varied student abilities and learning paces.

3. Assessment & Feedback

Conduct regular formative and summative assessments; monitor, evaluate, and support individual progress.

Provide timely feedback to students and parents via digital platforms, contributing to the Parent-School Connect system.

4. Classroom Management

Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

Leverage digital attendance and reporting tools for seamless communication with parents and the school administration.

5. Collaboration & Professional Contributions

Participate actively in team meetings, workshops, co-curricular planning, and school events.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay aligned with modern pedagogical trends, as encouraged by the school’s tech-integrated culture.

Additional Requirements:

Immediate availability/ability to join promptly may be preferred.

Must be willing to commute to the SUS Road campus regularly.
