Role & responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for grades 9 & 10 in line with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
Develop students skills in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to make learning interactive.
Conduct assessments, evaluate students’ progress, and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for board exams with structured lesson plans and practice sessions.
Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary teaching.
Organize English-related activities such as debates, elocution, dramatics, and creative writing.
Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development programs.
