Job Description

As a Design & Development Engineer for Seating/Seat Belt Systems, your role involves: - Designing and evaluating seat/seat belt components and integrating them into the vehicle environment as per program schedule and quality targets. - Monitoring cost and weight at part and sub-system level. - Testing seating and seat belt systems. - Planning countermeasures based on design/quality reviews, line feedback, and testing. - Having experience in design and development in at least one domain area such as plastic, sheet metal, PU pad, trim fabric, seat mechanism, seat belts, or seat/seat belt testing. - Understanding manufacturing processes and costing function. To qualify for this role, you need to have: - Specialization in Mechanical or Production Engineering. - Minimum of 60% marks throughout your education.,
