Seating and Seat Belt System

As a professional responsible for the design and development of seating and seat belt systems, your main duties will include designing and evaluating seat and seat belt components. It is essential to integrate these components into the vehicle environment in alignment with the program schedule and quality targets. Additionally, you will be accountable for monitoring the cost and weight at both part and sub-system levels. To excel in this role, you must possess technical competencies such as testing seating and seat belt systems, as well as developing countermeasures based on design/quality reviews, line feedback, and testing outcomes. It is preferred that you have experience in designing or developing in at least one domain area related to plastic, sheet metal, PU pad, trim fabric, seat mechanism, seat belts, or seat/seat belt testing. Furthermore, a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and costing functions is crucial. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a specialization in Mechanical or Production Engineering. Moreover, a consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% marks throughout your education is required.,
