Search Engine Optimization Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the development of large-scale, complex digital marketing proposals by directly engaging with CXO-level stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with client business goals. Your role will involve driving the strategic proposal development, executive engagement, cross-functional leadership, insight-driven strategy, end-to-end ownership, consultative solutioning, agility and execution, strategic account alignment, market and competitive intelligence, coaching, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Strategic Proposals: Develop high-impact digital marketing proposals aligned with client business goals. - Executive Engagement: Interface with CXO-level stakeholders, shape strategic conversations, and influence decision-making through storytelling. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design client-centric digital solutions. - Insight-Driven Strategy: Translate business problems into actionable insights using data analysis and industry research. - End-to-End Ownership: Manage pursuit lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal execution. - Consultative Solutioning: Act as a trusted advisor, showcasing iQuantis capabilities in addressing complex challenges. - Agility and Execution: Develop innovative solutions in response to evolving market needs. - Strategic Account Alignment: Partner with account teams to ensure proposed solutions support broader strategies. - Market and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for future-facing solutions. - Coaching and Collaboration: Mentor junior team members on solution design and consultative selling best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in quantitative disciplines from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute. - MBAs or Masters in Communications from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes would be a plus.,
