Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities for driving traffic.
Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into web development and content creation.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
Perform technical SEO audits and work with the tech team to resolve issues related to site performance, crawlability, and indexing.
Oversee link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, including metadata, internal linking, and URL structure.
Lead the SEO team, provide mentorship, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Manage SEO budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in SEO, with proven success in managing large-scale SEO campaigns.
Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with technical SEO, content optimization, and on-page/off-page strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
