Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, a good command of the English language, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. While prior digital marketing experience is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and grow in the SEO field is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Link Building & Outreach: Research and acquire quality backlinks from relevant and high-authority websites.

Content Evaluation: Assess existing and new content on given parameters such as readability, keyword usage, and SEO relevance.

On-Page SEO: Write and optimize short descriptions, meta titles, and meta descriptions for product and category pages.

Competitor Research: Identify SEO trends, keywords, and strategies used by competitors.

Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Learning & Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and technologies, and implement them proactively.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, and comprehension).

Strong research and analytical skills.

Ability to create engaging and concise content snippets.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred (but Not Mandatory)

Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or content optimization.

Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Google Search Console.

Eligibility

Graduation in any discipline is a must.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.

Prior knowledge of SEO/digital marketing will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.
