Search Engine Optimization Analyst

Role Overview: As an SEO Analyst at our Global Central Digital Marketing Team, your primary focus will be on driving organic traffic and content marketing efforts to enhance our organic web presence and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Search Engine Optimization and Content as strategies to boost organic traffic to our website. - Develop and implement SEO strategies for various content assets such as Product pages, blogs, ebooks, templates, and other resources. - Monitor and assess search results and performance across our product lines to enhance rankings. - Review analytics dashboards and reports to formulate and propose SEO strategies. - Analyze leads and MQLs generated from organic channels, tracking their movement down the funnel on a daily basis. - Collaborate with content teams on new page development processes, on-page optimization briefs, and creating meta tags aligned with SEO goals. - Conduct keyword research using tools like Keyword Planner and SEM Rush, conduct competitive analysis, and perform content-gap analysis to improve rankings. - Manage XML sitemaps and webmaster tools for online optimization. - Optimize and monitor the performance of landing pages, including organic traffic, CTRs, conversion rates, and time spent on-page. - Generate reports on performance metrics, comparing them to SEO goals and benchmarking data. - Handle on-page and off-page optimization activities, tracking them regularly. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in SEO with a strong understanding of SEO-Content dynamics. - Proficiency in SEO, GA4, Hubspot, Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. - Eagerness to continuously learn and expand your skill set. - Analytical mindset, grit, and a growth-oriented attitude.
