Heading the EDI Filing team Pre alert received from Customer / Freight forwarder, Please cross check invoice / packing list and other related document Do prepare check list thru customs Portal of Logistics with proper CTH / GST and Duty Benefit Forward to customer for Check list approval Once approval check list from customer, Please file BE Double ensure with out error to File BE After BE obtained share to customer for duty payment, Please give all related document to Operation department with all proper document for shipment clearance Sending DSR Report of self and team Monthly report need to submit customer wise with PPT of volume analysis
