SDR-Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, and other channels to generate new leads.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest level.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and lead generation goals.
• Research target accounts and understand buyer personas to tailor messaging.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Requirements:
• 6 months-1 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or lead generation, appointment generation in a B2B environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and ability to engage prospects in conversation.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle rejection and persist through objections.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
