Job Description

We're seeking an experienced SDET to join our Timeline project team, focusing on ensuring quality across our complex process analysis and visualization platform. The ideal candidate will work with both frontend and backend testing frameworks, develop automated test solutions, and improve our testing infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

Frontend Testing

React component testing - Playwright for E2E testing, Jest for Unit Tests
Web Worker testing
UI automation
Performance profiling

Backend Testing

Node.js testing Mocha/Chai, NYC
API testing
Database testing (Click House: SQL, Redis)
Microservices testing
Integration testing

Performance Testing

Load testing
Stress testing
Memory leak detection
Inter-process communication testing

Required Experience

Testing Experience

5+ years in software testing
3+ years in test automation
Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with performance testing

Technical Background

Computer Science degree or equivalent
Strong programming skills
Understanding of testing methodologies
Experience with CI/CD
