Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer B2 with 8 to 11 years of experience, you will be a valuable addition to our dynamic team. Your role will involve developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using a range of technologies such as AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL. Your expertise in IT Consulting and Analytics will be beneficial in this position. You will be part of a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application performance. - Participate in code reviews, maintain high code quality standards, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Work closely with product management to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement best practices for software development. - Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure software reliability and develop/maintain technical documentation. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, collaborate with DevOps teams for smooth deployment, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process. Qualifications: - Possess a strong understanding of AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL with a minimum of 8 years of software development experience. - Demonstrate experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts. - Be self-motivated, able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
