Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Manager at Classplus, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the team in designing, automating, and monitoring environments and supporting infrastructure and applications. Your role will involve solving challenging problems related to scaling and business logic, creating and implementing test plans, automated tests, manual tests, and integration tests for performance and functional purposes. You will also establish a CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins/CircleCI with Git, identify meaningful success metrics, write automation scripts and test cases, review app error logs and metrics, and communicate effectively with the team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and guide the team in designing, automating, and monitoring environments and supporting infrastructure and applications - Solve challenging problems related to scaling and business logic - Create and implement test plans, automated tests, manual tests, and integration tests for performance and functional purposes - Establish a CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins/CircleCI with Git - Write automation scripts and test cases with 100% coverage - Review app error logs and metrics, document test procedures, and communicate problems and solutions to the team Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of professional testing/QA experience, including mobile testing - Hands-on experience in creating products that solve users" problems - Proficiency in creating automation frameworks using Selenium with Java or JS - Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus - Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Maven, Cucumber, BDD, TestNG & Jmeter - Ability to define standards and best practices for code development - Significant experience in API testing using POSTMAN & RestAssured At Classplus, you will be considered a part of the Clan, not just an employee.
