SDE II - Software Engineer (RUST)

Role Overview: At SparkTG, as an SDE II - Software Engineer (RUST), you will have the opportunity to lead the development of sub-systems for the telephony products. You will be responsible for owning the entire development lifecycle of each sub-system, including regular upgrades and lateral product development. Working in a small, agile, and collaborative tech team, you will be involved in designing, building, and maintaining the backbone of the telephony products. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of sub-systems. - Perform upgrades and automation of routine operations. - Document features within the software system at a high level. - Create and implement testing and debugging procedures for new libraries. - Optimize the performance of sub-systems regularly. - Monitor and ensure timely completion of modules while adhering strictly to the defined quality process for the project. - Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals, accessing new applications, and investigating new technologies. - Problem-solve and think laterally as part of a team or individually to meet the project's needs. - Enhance and maintain the work culture and environment. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 6 years of experience developing in C++ or RUST. - Experience in developing or designing real-time distributed systems. - Strong proficiency in C++ or RUST or Golang (or other systems language). - Experience with databases like PostgreSQL. - Extensive knowledge of advanced data structures and algorithms. - Strong attention to the quality and readability of code. - Knowledge in multi-threaded programming. - Skills in key-value store optimization. - Native-level proficiency in written and oral English. - Excellent communication skills.
