Design, develop, and maintain server-side architecture and backend logic for web/mobile applications. Develop RESTful APIs and services to support various products and services. Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure smooth integration between backend and frontend systems. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Optimize backend performance for high availability and scalability. Utilize SQL/NoSQL databases to maintain data integrity, security, and performance. Debug and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure rapid resolution. Engage in code reviews to enhance code quality and team processes. Keep abreast of new backend development trends and technologies to enhance the backend architecture. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in backend development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Go, or Ruby. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Solid understanding of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools is a bonus. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.,
