Description
We are looking for a skilled professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team as a Manager/Senior/Staff in the GDS Consulting Team, focusing on Business Analysis/Operational Technology/Control Systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) and be able to analyze and manage business requirements for this area. ### Roles and Responsibility Analyze, understand, and document client needs from a business perspective, working with clients to arrive at optimal solutions leveraging expertise in OT/CS. Identify integration needs with other in-house or third-party systems and provide detailed information about these systems to Solution Architects and Technical Teams. Serve as an interface between Client Teams and Technical Teams. Explore opportunities for transformation and suggest ideas/recommend ways to transform the way clients work to be truly digital in the Digital Era. Deliver large/medium P&U Sector specific solutions/OT (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) and Control Systems. Demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced knowledge of OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA). Perform an appropriate role in business development, such as presales and practice development. Work with clients throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle. Be proactive with a solution-oriented mindset, ready to learn new technologies for client requirements. Demonstrate people management and the ability to conduct and lead consultancy assignments. Be result-oriented and people-focused, capable of managing a team and collaborating with Leadership for overall team development. ### Job Requirements Relevant experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) Implementation/Technical advisory with a total of 10-15 years of experience. Strong business analysis skills and proficiency in business process design. Good communication skills and the ability to maintain end-to-end accountability and expectations for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence. Prioritize deliveries in conjunction with the implementation team. Adopt a proactive, logical, and organized approach to problem resolution. Any relevant product/platform certification is a plus.
