We are looking for a skilled professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Manager in GDS Consulting, specifically in Business Analysis/Operational Technology/Control Systems (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and operational technology. ### Roles and Responsibility Analyze and document client needs from a business perspective, working with clients to arrive at optimal solutions leveraging expertise in OT/Control systems. Identify integration needs with other in-house or third-party systems and provide detailed information to Solution Architects and Technical Teams. Serve as an interface between Client Teams and Technical Teams. Explore opportunities for transformation and suggest ideas/recommend ways to enhance the way clients work to be truly digital in the Digital Era. Deliver large/medium P&U Sector specific solutions/OT (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) and Control Systems. Demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced knowledge of OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA). Perform an appropriate role in business development, such as presales and practice development. Manage a team and conduct consultancy assignments, demonstrating people management skills. Be result-oriented and people-focused, empathetic, and able to work with Leadership for team development. ### Job Requirements Relevant experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) Implementation/Technical advisory with total experience between 10 to 15 years (for Manager). Relevant experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) Implementation/Technical advisory with total experience between 6 to 10 years (for Senior). Strong business analysis skills and proficiency in functional concepts of BA with relevant knowledge in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) and Gap analysis. Well-versed in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA), products/technologies, frameworks, business metadata management, and relevant architectural components. Good business writing and communication skills. Ability to maintain end-to-end accountability and expectations for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence. Prioritize deliveries in conjunction with implementation teams. Adopt a proactive, logical, and organized approach to problem resolution. Any relevant product/platform certification is a plus.
